9 whole graham crackers (mix and press into bottom of 10" spring form pan 1/4 c. melted butter)
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 lbs. cream cheese (softened in food processor)

Add sugar to stiff egg whites.
Add vanilla.
Beat with cream cheese until smooth.
Pour over graham cracker crumbs.
Bake 25 minutes (or until set) at 375 degrees F.
Remove from the oven and cool 10 minutes.
Increase heat to 475 degrees F.
Mix together: 1/2 pint sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Spoon very carefully over filling.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Chill until very cold.
Remove rim from pan.
